Trauma-informed healing to help you feel safe, steady, and fully alive again
Integrated trauma healing for your body, mind, and nervous system.
Esme Winterflood | Embodied Trauma Healing Therapist
Hitting a wall with talk therapy? Does it feel like your body and nervous system are still carrying the weight of past trauma, stress, or anxiety — even when you understand what happened?
You’re not broken or stuck. Your system is overwhelmed.
Trauma-informed, body-based practices help release what the body has been holding, support nervous system regulation, and create the conditions for real, lasting change — so you can feel safer, calmer, and more present in your life.
If you’re ready to move beyond symptom-management and begin healing at the root, you’re in the right place.
About Me
Hi, I’m Esme — Certified Yoga Therapist, TCTSY Facilitator, Havening® Practitioner, and Mindfulness Teacher.
I help people release trauma, ease anxiety, and reconnect with their bodies using an integrated approach: trauma-informed yoga therapy, Havening®, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices.
Many people reach a point where talking alone isn’t enough. Even with insight and understanding, the body can still hold tension, fear, or overwhelm — and the nervous system remains on high alert.
My work supports deeper, body-based healing. It’s tailored, evidence-informed, and designed to help your nervous system settle, rewire the brain, restore a sense of safety in the body, and support lasting change — so you can feel calmer, more connected, and fully yourself again.
What you can expect working with me:
Release stress, anxiety, and trauma safely
Rebuild confidence, emotional steadiness, and resilience
Reconnect with your body and your sense of safety
Move toward lasting, sustainable change
